Reflexology Foot Massage

Reflex Foot Therapy

Reflex foot therapy is based on the principle that specific points and areas on the feet are connected to various organs and body parts through nerve pathways. By applying pressure to these points, located on the soles, toes, arches, and around the ankles, the therapy can influence the function of the corresponding organs. This therapy stimulates organs when they need more energy or calms them down in cases of inflammation or pain.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual lymphatic drainage promotes the flow of lymph to the lymph nodes, which is essential for the removal of water, absorbed substances, and waste products from tissues. Since the lymphatic system does not have its own pump, if it does not function properly, waste products can accumulate in the tissues, leading to swelling, fat deposits, and cellulite. This system also plays a key role in immunity by filtering microorganisms and toxins with the help of lymphocytes.

Indications: This procedure is suitable for:

  • Primary and secondary lymphedema (swelling after erysipelas, post-mastectomy conditions)
  • Venous insufficiency
  • Preoperative and postoperative prevention of deep vein thrombosis
  • Rehabilitation of post-traumatic conditions associated with swelling of the affected limbs after excessive strain
